Report: Bobby Lashley To Undergo Shoulder Surgery
The former WWE champion may miss some time

Former WWE champion Bobby Lashley is reportedly set to undergo shoulder surgery, and would likely miss several months of action, according to former WWE writer Kazeem Famuyide.
Famuyide spoke on a post-Elimination Chamber edition of The Ringer Wrestling Show, saying, “I have it under good authority that Lashley is shoot hurt and has been hurt since the Rumble match. If you’ve noticed, he hasn’t worked any Raws. He hasn’t really defended his title. He was shoot hurt at the Lesnar match at the Rumble.
"From what I’m told, it’s for at least four months. Shoulder surgery. I’m hearing that he might not even make it to Mania."
Lashley has indeed not wrestled, neither on TV nor at house shows, since winning the WWE title from Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble three weeks ago.
Lashley defended the title in a Chamber match at Saturday's pay-per-view. The defending champion was eliminated before even entering the match when Seth Rollins buckle bombed Austin Theory into Lashley's pod, creating an injury-related out for Lashley to be removed from the match.
Lesnar went on to eliminate Rollins, Riddle, AJ Styles, and Theory in succession to win the WWE title.
