Sasha Banks and Bayley lost the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 35 to The IIconics in that Fatal 4-Way Tag Team match.
Since then, a lot has been written about Sasha Banks especially, with more details coming to us from a recent episode of
Wrestling Observer Radio.
On there, Dave Meltzer claimed WWE were always going to split up the Boss 'n' Hug Connection coming out of WrestleMania 35 - and that's before The Boss went off to take some time away from the company due to "personal reasons."
Meltzer added that Sasha has not been booked for any main roster appearances but is scheduled to return to work at Money In The Bank on May 19.
WWE is said to have given former Raw Women's Champion Banks time off to consider her future.
The Boss 'n' Hug Connection came to its official end during last night's SmackDown Live after Bayley was drafted to the blue brand, announcing that she's a singles competitor once again.
Bayley was joined by Ember Moon, Mickie James, Kairi Sane, and Liv Morgan in the new-look SmackDown women's division.
