Two Title Matches Added To NXT Great American Bash

We are less than two weeks away from the NXT Great American Bash, and coming out of the July 18 edition of NXT TV we have several new matches confirmed for the show, including two title bouts.

The NXT Women’s Championship will be on the line, with Tiffany Stratton hoping to successfully defend the strap against Chase U’s Thea Hail once again. Hail demanded a rematch on July 18, and although Stratton acquiesced to Hail’s challenge, she drew the line at making it a submission match. Hail gave Stratton a Kimura for her troubles anyway.

After Tony D’Angelo was freed from captivity, Tony D and Stacks will head into GAB looking to defeat Gallus for the NXT Tag Team Championships. Tony and Stacks revealed that they’d been working together to trick Gallus into putting their titles on the line.

Blair Davenport and former NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez will be hoping to settle their differences at Great American Bash, with Davenport accusing Perez of having no killer instinct and telling her she doesn’t belong in NXT anymore.

Elsewhere, after toppling Wes Lee for the North American Championship, Dominik Mysterio will put the gold on the line against Mustafa Ali, with Ali putting out a challenge for the title several weeks back.
