With the WWE-UFC merger expected to be completed in mid to late September, new documents have been submitted to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, revealing 10 of the 11 board members of TKO Group Holdings, the new parent company that is being created for the merger.

Six of the new company's board members will be selected by Endeavor, while the remaining five will be chosen by WWE. The Board members will be as follows:

  • Vince McMahon (WWE)
  • Ari Emanuel (Endeavor)
  • Egon P. Durban (Endeavor)
  • Nick Khan (WWE)
  • Steven R. Koonin (WWE)
  • Jonathan A. Kraft (Endeavor)
  • Sonya E. Medina (Endeavor)
  • Mark Shapiro (Endeavor)
  • Nancy R. Tellem (WWE)
  • Carrie Wheeler (Endeavor)

The remaining WWE Board member will be confirmed at a later date but according to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, it won't be Triple H and the Chief Content Officer will lose his position as a WWE board member.

"Triple H will no longer serve on the board of directors for WWE after the merger," SRS tweeted. There is no word on why Triple H won't be a part of the TKO Group Holdings board.

Endeavor acquired WWE in April 2023, with the deal being announced on the morning after WrestleMania 39. Ari Emanuel will serve as CEO of TKO Group Holdings, while Vince McMahon will be the Executive Chairman. Nick Khan will be President of WWE.

The sale of WWE came after Vince McMahon forced his way back into the company in January 2023 and put the organisation on the market. McMahon had been out of WWE for five months following a sexual misconduct and hush money. The United States Government are still investigating unrecorded expenses from the scandal.
