Tony Khan Hoping Jade Cargill Will Return To AEW Soon

Tony Khan is hopeful that Jade Cargill will return to AEW soon.

Asked about the former TBS Champion's status during the post-All Out media scrum, Khan said:

"I talked to Jade recently. Hopefully, we'll get Jade back soon. We'll have to stay tuned to when and where Jade might pop up again in the world. Definitely a big fan of Jade, she put together one of the most dominant runs ever and was stopped by Kris Statlander". 

Cargill hasn't appeared on AEW television since dropping the TBS Title to the returning Statlander (after successfully defending it against Taya Valkyrie) at Double or Nothing in May.

The loss to Statlander was the first of Cargill's career after amassing an impressive 60-match undefeated streak. The 31-year-old has exclusively wrestled for AEW since making her debut with the promotion on the March 3, 2021 episode of Dynamite.

It was recently reported that Cargill had been backstage at the August 9 Dynamite taping. It was subsequently noted that Cargill's potential return had been talked about internally within AEW.
