On last week’s AEW Dynamite: Homecoming, Sting & Darby Allin scored a victory in the main event of the show by defeating Konosuke Takeshita & Powerhouse Hobbs of the Don Callis Family. Their celebration was short-lived as the returning Young Bucks emerged to face off with the pair.

During last night’s edition of Dynamite, the Young Bucks reintroduced themselves as Matthew and Nicholas Jackson, and said they were looking to take out Sting, with this seemingly setting up a challenge for Sting’s final ever match at the upcoming March 3 AEW Revolution PPV.

Later on in the night, Allin & Sting responded by overlooking the Young Bucks and instead setting their sights on the AEW World Tag Team Championships. So far in AEW, Sting & Darby Allin are 26-0 when teaming together, defeating the likes of FTR, Men of the Year, The Gunns, House of Black, Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal, Le Sex Gods, and more along the way, clearly earning themselves at least a shot at the belts. The current champions are Ricky Starks & Big Bill, though right now it isn’t clear whether Allin & Sting will challenge them before Revolution or at the PPV in a match that may perhaps also involve The Bucks too. There will be more developments on this front in the coming weeks for sure.
