Last night on WWE SmackDown Live, somebody tried to murder Roman Reigns.

The Big Dog was filmed walking really slowly towards Kayla Braxton at the very end of the show, but before he could get to the interview area, some scaffolding fell on top of him, and then some heavy-looking boxes fell around him.

Luckily, a dazed Reigns was able to walk away from the murder attempt after refusing to be treated by the medical personnel on hand.

Presumably, the person responsible for the murder attempt will be in line for a big SummerSlam match against the former Universal Champion - you can see the updated SummerSlam 2019 card
