It looks like WWE are currently on a mission to sign every professional wrestler with a pulse these days, with another potential arrival backstage at this week's WWE Raw.

ROH star and The Last Real Man In Professional Wrestling Silas Young is the wrestler in question, as the rumour and innuendo surrounding a move to NXT refuse to go away. Young's ROH contract is reportedly set to expire very soon indeed.

Young has been a real standout performer for ROH over the last several years, winning their Television Championship twice, the 2016 Honor Rumble, the 2016 Tag Wars Tournament (alongside Beer City Bruiser) and the ROH Feud of the Year last year for his efforts against Jay Lethal.

Silas has appeared on WWE TV in the past, losing to Val Venis on Sunday Night Heat back in September of 2007, as well as losing to The Miz in a match aired on SmackDown soon after. He would sign for WWE's developmental territory OVW, but left three years later without making a permanent slot on the main roster his own.

That isn't the only note from this week's Raw, as it has been reported by several sources online that Vince McMahon was backstage and oversaw all creative aspects of the show.

Dean Ambrose and Braun Strowman's respective segments were both pre-recorded - with the Monster Among Men actually in Birmingham, Alabama to have elbow surgery.

It's also noted by several sources online that WWE were over the moon with The Fiserv Forum due to how easy it was to get their gear in and out of the building, while the lady in the crowd during the Bliss/Banks/Bayley fan Q & A segment was a plant - not an

actual

plant that you see in a pot, she was planted in the crowd and knew what was going on.
