Ricky Starks Vs. Juice Robinson Announced For April 5 AEW Dynamite

Next week’s AEW Dynamite looks to already have a complete field, but Tony Khan is already looking ahead to the week after, as a match has been announced for the April 5 episode of AEW Dynamite.

The match is a singles bout between “Rock Hard” Juice Robinson and “Absolute” Ricky Starks. On the post-Revolution episode of Dynamite in which Starks was cutting a promo on his next steps in the company, he was distracted by the BULLET CLUB music, only to be attacked from behind and ambushed by Robinson, igniting a feud between the two.

The pair have traded words back and forth, and finally met once again in the ring for a segment on the March 25 episode of AEW Rampage. At first, Robinson refused to engage with Starks, turning his back on the ring after a promo, but Starks ran out and ignited a brawl, only for Robinson to escape. He then stated his refusal to wrestle on the upcoming Dynamite, and instead wanted Starks on April 5 in New York City.

With the slight focus on Robinson’s association with the BULLET CLUB, the reason for this feud could be to build for the upcoming AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door PPV on June 25.
