On this week's episode of Monday Night Raw, a five-month long storyline culminated in an animatronic spider being crushed by Drew McIntyre, Edge returned and delivered an RKO to MVP, and Cedric Alexander continued his run as a glorified jobber.

The show was ultimately main evented by an Eight-Man Tag Team match between The Viking Raiders & The Street Profits vs. Seth Rollins, Murphy & AOP. After 23 minutes, The Monday Night Messiah and his disciples picked up the win after Rollins delivered a vicious Stomp to Montez Ford.

Towards the end of the match, Rezar tagged out to Rollins and appeared to be in some discomfort during the post-match beatdown as he was unable to move his right arm. Bryan Alvarez reported on Wrestling Observer Live that WWE believes the former Raw Tag Team Champion suffered a torn bicep during the match. He said "It is believed that Rezar suffered a torn bicep. He’s still being evaluated."

Depending on the severity of Rezar's injury, he could be out of action for up to six months.

AOP only recently returned to WWE TV on the December 2 episode of Raw. Back in January 2019, Akam suffered a leg injury which kept him out of action for a few months. The tag team made their return at Super ShowDown, but were then kept off TV until WWE Creative came up with a storyline for them.
