D-Generation X are set to reunite on the October 10 edition of Monday Night Raw at Brooklyn's Barclays Center for the stable's 25th anniversary.

Hype packages have suggested Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Road Dogg, and X-Pac will be in Brooklyn for the reunion, but there has been no indication that Billy Gunn, who is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling, will be alongside his DX faction-mates on October 10.

Gunn is a popular act with The Acclaimed as Daddy Ass in AEW and the group are massively over with 'Scissor Me Daddy Ass' as their signature pose. If Billy Gunn is indeed absent from the DX reunion, there is a chance "Daddy Ass" chants will break out inside the Barclays Center.

If that does happen, WWE seemingly have a plan, and Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that D-Generation X will be ready if there are any "Daddy Ass" chants. What exactly Triple H and co. will do is unknown.

WWE haven't been afraid to mock Gunn's association with All Elite Wrestling in the past, though, with Triple H telling Daddy Ass during DX's Hall of Fame induction in 2019 that Vince McMahon would buy "that p*ssant company" just so he could fire Gunn.

Sean Waltman recently spoke about the likelihood of Gunn being a part of the DX reunion. Read more here.
