Report: WWE NXT Talent Frustrated After Full-Time Training Resumes At The Performance Center
Five days of training combined with one COVID-19 test per week

There have been reports of frustration at the WWE Performance Center throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. WWE trainees were reportedly uncomfortable training at the facility because "COVID truthers" in NXT weren't taking the pandemic seriously. Formal complaints were then filed about COVID-19 protocols not being followed and wrestlers spoke up at a TV taping about "anti-maskers."
According to Fightful Select, full-time training has since resumed at the Performance Center and plenty of trainees are still frustrated. Talent are training at the facility five days per week but are typically only tested for coronavirus once a week, which ultimately leaves them open to being exposed to COVID-19. Wrestlers had been doing virtual classes a few times a week before full-time training resumed.
NXT has previously been criticised for it's handling of the pandemic and there have been multiple coronavirus outbreaks on the black and gold brand. Trainees and staff members tested positive for the virus in late-September which resulted in Shayna Baszler, Nikki Cross, Nia Jax and RETRIBUTION being pulled from the Clash Of Champions pay-per-view. Another outbreak then impacted Halloween Havoc and a top NXT Superstar reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 in early December.
