A WWE NXT star has landed a movie role.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Sanga will be featured in the major Bollywood movie 'Brahmāstra: Part One - Shiva.' The movie is one of the most expensive Indian films of all time and will centre on a DJ who holds the power to awaken the Brahmasta, a supernatural weapon with the power to destroy the universe, as he fights the forces of evil.

Sanga will seemingly portray one of these dark forces in Mahishasura, a half-human half-buffalo demon who is known for his shape-shifting abilities.

Sanga has done acting in the past on Indian and Indonesian TV, landing his first role back in 2013.

Real name Saurav Gurjar, Sanga began his professional wrestling career in Ring Ka King as Deadly Danda. He signed with WWE in 2018 and following a short-lived tag team with Rinku Singh (now Veer Mahaan) on NXT, he resurfaced on the developmental brand earlier this year as Grayson Waller's bodyguard. They have since gone their separate ways.
