Last night's episode of AEW: Dynamite took place in an empty closed-circuit location. AEW did their best to keep fans at home entertained, however, as we got a live rendition of Sammy Guevara singing Judas which caused Chris Jericho to corpse, The Exalted One was revealed, and Matt Hardy made his debut.

What was also noticeable during the broadcast was that neither talent or commentators said Blood & Guts would take place next week on March 25, and all of the graphics on the show simply said scheduled matches would take place on the "Next Dynamite."

Mike Johnson at PWInsider reported this is because no one in AEW from Tony Khan down is taking "anything for granted" and they did not want to make it sound like next week's episode of Dynamite was guaranteed to go ahead, particularly with how quickly things have changed in the past week with the coronavirus pandemic.

Johnson penned: "However, the decision was made to list everything for the "next" Dynamite instead of next week because the company, from owner Tony Khan on down, is taking the stance that no one should be taking anything for granted during these tumultuous times and they did not want to come across as if anything was guaranteed.  The team wanted to get through tonight's episode and as one source stated after the show, "not be so arrogant as to assume" they'll 100% be allowed back on live TV next week, since things are changing so rapidly due to the Coronavirus outbreak."

As of writing, the next edition of Dynamite is scheduled for March 25. Fans will finally be able to watch The Inner Circle and The Elite go head to head as they look to settle their long feud in the first-ever Blood & Guts match. Wardlow will also face Luchasaurus in a Lumberjack match, and The Lucha Brothers will take on Best Friends in a Parking Lot Brawl.
