Report: Multiple ROH Talents Not Signed
Not everyone in AEW/ROH is signed with the company
Oct 31, 2022
The combined AEW/ROH roster is showing no signs of decreasing any time soon, with the recent news that Josh Woods and The Kingdom have signed deals, whilst Bandido and Juice Robinson have also reportedly signed with the company.
However, other reports have emerged stating that multiple ROH talents are not signed to deals, and are technically free agents, with Fightful Select reporting that some wrestlers who performed on the Death Before Dishonor PPV and subsequent ROH angles on AEW TV have not signed deals of any nature with the company.
AEW have signed some performers to ‘tiered deals’ - essentially a per appearance deal - with Josh Woods believed to have been on one of these tiered contracts before signing a full deal last week.
A notable name who is not signed to AEW/ROH is current ROH Six Man Tag Champion Dalton Castle, despite Castle being a prominent fixture on AEW TV in recent weeks. Castle’s partners The Boys - aka The Tate Twins - are believed to have signed with AEW/ROH.
Fightful confirmed that Cheeseburger also has not signed any deal with AEW/ROH despite appearing on Death Before Dishonor.
