NXT Star Teases Name Change

Could an NXT star be set to undergo a name change?

Gigi Dolin has performed under that name since she signed with WWE back in January 2021, but the former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion posted "I miss being PK" on her Instagram Stories during the May 9 edition of NXT.

While it can't be ruled out that Dolin is a huge fan of penalty kicks, it is believed "PK" stands for Priscilla Kelly, her real name and the name she used in professional wrestling before she joined WWE. Dolin made the post following her loss to Tiffany Stratton in the NXT Women's Title tournament.

Before joining WWE, Priscilla Kelly performed on the independent wrestling scene for the likes of SHINE, EVOLVE, and RISE. She also performed in Major League Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling before Kelly signed a developmental deal with WWE.

After initially being used as a jobber to the stars, Dolin received a push following the NXT 2.0 rebrand in September 2021 as part of Toxic Attraction and she has had two reigns as an NXT Women's Tag Team Champion with Jacy Jayne. The faction has since split and Dolin remains locked in a feud with Jayne.
