New Members Join AEW's Nightmare Family

Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Family has welcomed four new members into its ranks, with Baron Black, Red Velvet, Kilynn King, and Fuego del Sol joining the crew.

The news was broken by Black on Twitter, who simply tweeted a pic of all four with the caption “#AndNEW Members of #NightmareFamily”

The four join the likes of Lee Johnson, Brock Anderson, and The Gunn Club, as well as veterans Billy Gunn and Dustin Rhodes.

All four new members are used extensively on Dark and Dark: Elevation, whilst Red Velvet and Fuego del Sol have been used on AEW: Dynamite, with the latter being routinely beaten down by the likes of Andrade and Malakai Black.

Velvet has been paired with Cody Rhodes on screen since the start of 2021, teaming with Rhodes against Shaquille O’Neal and Jade Cargill on the March 3 edition of Dynamite. Velvet will next be in action against AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker on the debut edition of AEW Rampage on Friday August 13.
