New Match & Segment Announced For AEW Collision

AEW have announced a segment and match for Collision

During last night’s broadcast of AEW Rampage, the company revealed some of what to expect on tonight’s AEW Collision, which will mark the second edition of AEW’s new show following last week’s big debut.

Following on from a short backstage promo last night, Powerhouse Hobbs will be making his Collision debut in a match. No opponent has yet been announced for Hobbs, but it is fair to expect some sort of squash match, similar to Miro last week.

Speaking of Miro, it has also been announced that in the aftermath of his return to action last week where he dominated Tony Nese in an emphatic comeback victory that he will be taking to the mic for a promo, with fans expecting to hear about what is next for The Redeemer in AEW.

The current lineup for Collision looks like this;

  • CM Punk, FTR, & Ricky Starks vs. Jay White, Juice Robinson, & The Gunns
  • Swerve Strickland vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi
  • Brody King vs. Andrade El Idolo
  • Christian Cage addresses the TNT Championship
  • Willow Nightingale vs. Nyla Rose - Owen Hart Tournament 
  • Darby Allin & Sting reveal their tag team partner
  • Powerhouse Hobbs in action
  • Miro promo
