Miro Debuts New-Look TNT Championship At AEW Fyter Fest Night 1
A new title design for God's Greatest Champion
Jul 15, 2021
It seems Miro has decided to add his own, personal touch to the AEW TNT Championship.
The former 'Rusev' has held the TNT Title in AEW for a number of months now, having won the Championship from Darby Allin on AEW Dynamite back on May 12, 2021. Since then, Miro has seen off challenges from the likes of Lance Archer and Brian Pillman Jr and is building his own legacy as TNT Champion.
Now known as 'The Reedemer' and considered God's Greatest Champion, Miro appears to have the Title belt to prove it.
Miro appeared in a pre-recorded segment on Wednesday's AEW Fyter Fest Night One, in which he bragged about his recent accomplishments in AEW before revealing the new-look TNT Championship.
The redesigned Title now has a white leather base and a green ribbon accent across the middle, symbolising the Bulgarian flag, where Miro was born and raised.
Miro's new TNT Championship is the third time the Title has been redesigned. The first came following the passing of Brodie Lee last year, with AEW President Tony Khan retiring that iteration of the Championship and giving it to Lee's son, Brodie Lee Jr.
