Latest Update On When Bray Wyatt Will Return To WWE

Another update on when Bray Wyatt might resurface on WWE TV has emerged.

According to Bray Wyatt's father Mike Rotunda, he is hopeful that the two-time Universal Champion will return to WWE TV shortly.

"You read a lot of stuff on the internet, which I wouldn't believe a lot of it, or in my case, any of it. Bray Wyatt, I'm sure will return to WWE, hopefully shortly. We'll go from there," Rotunda told Bill Apter of Sportskeeda.

Bray Wyatt has been out of action since early 2023 with an undisclosed illness that was reportedly life-threatening. Wyatt is said to be nearing a return, with his health having significantly improved. A September return might be too early for Wyatt, however, as he still needs to be cleared by WWE's medical team.

WWE's original plans for Bray Wyatt are also out of the window. The Eater of Worlds was set to lead a faction with Eric Young, Alexa Bliss and Uncle Howdy. Howdy (AKA Bo Dallas) remains under contract with WWE but Eric Young was granted his release in April and Alexa Bliss is currently off TV, having announced her pregnancy.
