Jade Cargill has defended Red Velvet following her botch on this week's edition of AEW Dynamite.

Velvet went one on one with the re-debuting Jamie Hayter on Wednesday and while The Nightmare Family member's selling was impressive, she botched a Standing Moonsault, completely missing Hayter in the process.

The move led to chants of "you f*cked up" from some fans in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Fellow AEW wrestler Jade Cargill went back and forth with several fans about Velvet's botch and she defended her colleague, writing, "sh*t happens."

"Red was/is fine. She can work. Everybody loved her when she was killing it. Sh*t happens. But clearly you all don't know wrestling to not see some sh*t in that go round. SMH. I'm done," Cargill tweeted.

Following her Dynamite match, Red Velvet will be in action on Saturday at NWA Empowerrr. She will team with KiLynn King against The FreeBabes in the NWA World Women's Tag Team Championship Tournament. Other teams in the tournament are Allysin Kay & Marti Belle, and Renee Michelle & Sahara 7.
