Hulk Hogan has signed a new deal with WWE, with the legendary multi-time world champion signing on with the sports entertainment giant for another five years.

The WWE Hall of Famer is signed to a WWE Legends deal, and revealed during an interview with Logan Paul on IMPAULSIVE that he just re-upped with the organisation:

“I’ve signed a five-year deal, I’m going to be 71 years old in a few weeks,” Hogan said. “I signed a five-year deal for the licensing and merchandising stuff, and the ambassador stuff, if they need me to do something for WrestleMania, I just love doing it. It’s definitely different.”

One of the most famous names in professional wrestling history, Hogan was WWE’s top draw for the best part of a decade before jumping ship to WCW in 1994. In WCW, Hogan remained on top for a further six years before rejoining WWE in 2002 in an in-ring role.

Hogan would sign a WWE Legends deal in the mid-2010s after exiting TNA Wrestling, but his deal was cut in 2015 when racist remarks uttered by Hogan on tape were revealed. Hogan remained away from the organisation for several years before being welcomed back in 2018.

Hogan remains a controversial figure and compared himself in the same interview with Logan Paul to Chris Benoit.
