HUGE Name Debuts At ROH Taping

Following AEW’s double header of both Collision and Rampage last night, a massive name popped up at a match taped for Ring of Honor. After it was reported earlier in the day by PWInsider that Ronda Rousey would be backstage at the show, she emerged as Marina Shafir’s chosen partner for a tag team match with Athena & Billie Starkz.

She was greeted by a big pop from the fans who stuck around for ROH, who were surprised by the arrival. One night prior, this exact match had taken place at a Wrestling REVOLVER show, though it still came as a shock for her to show up under the ROH banner.

Rousey picked up the win for her team, and teased a showdown with Athena for the ROH Women’s World Championship after the match, indicating that a showdown could come soon for the pair, perhaps even at the upcoming Final Battle PPV.
