Grand Slam II Becomes AEW's Highest-Grossing TV Event

All Elite Wrestling will hold their second Grand Slam event tonight at New York City's Arthur Ashe Stadium and the show is already a major one for the promotion.
Taking to Twitter, Tony Khan revealed Grand Slam is now the highest-grossing TV event AEW have held in their short history.
"The single best live wrestling event in New York this entire year takes place TOMORROW: @AEW Grand Slam at Arthur Ashe Stadium! Grand Slam 2022 is now the highest-grossing @AEWonTV event we've EVER done. Join us in person OR on TBS tomorrow!" Khan wrote.
Grand Slam is currently set up for 15,000 fans and AEW had sold 12,020 tickets as of September 20, according to WrestleTix.
Several title matches will take place on Dynamite and Rampage, including an AEW World Title match between Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson, Chris Jericho vs. Claudio Castagnoli for the ROH World Championship, and Jade Cargill vs. Diamante for the TBS Title.
Rampage will air on Friday while Dynamite will be live.
