Could one of All Elite Wrestling's top tag teams leave the promotion?

Dax Harwood spoke to Fightful Select ahead of his match with Bryan Danielson on Dynamite and Dax the Axe revealed he is under the belief his AEW contract expires at the end of April 2023. Both he and FTR tag team partner Cash Wheeler have had plenty of conversations about their future and they are currently evaluating their options.

One option FTR have mentioned would see them take a year away from major companies and just do things they find fun. Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler have wrestled regularly on the independents since signing with AEW and they recently teamed with Ricky Steamboat for The Dragon's in-ring return.

FTR have been a part of All Elite Wrestling since May 2020. They are former AEW World Tag Team Champions and are the reigning ROH World Tag Team Champions, AAA Tag Team Champions, and IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions.

FTR have remained the top tag team outside of the AEW World Tag Team Title picture for the past several months but a match could be on the horizon, with The Acclaimed's Anthony Bowens revealing he would love the opportunity to face Harwood and Wheeler.
