A former WWE talent was encouraged by a higher-up in the company to rub oil over her breasts in an attempt to grab Vince McMahon's attention, a new claim has suggested.

Speaking on her Eyes Up Here podcast, former WWE and ECW talent Francine stated: "I mean when I worked there were stories floating around. And again, when I worked there I was told by somebody higher up that if you want to be seen, go get a bottle of oil... rubbing oil all over my b**bs and knocking on Vince's door and going in there and leaning on his desk and trying to get noticed. That's what I was told to do. And, I said absolutely not. I'm not doing that."

Francine was a manager in ECW from 1995 until 2001, later joining WWE as part of the company's revival of ECW after a brief appearance at ECW One Night Stand 2005. She only made a handful of appearances on WWE TV in bikini contests and similar segments, including her WWE in-ring debut in an 'Extreme Catfight.' Francine was released by WWE in October 2006.

Vince McMahon currently finds himself under federal investigation over several allegations of sexual assault. The 78-year-old resigned as TKO Executive Chairman in late January after he was accused of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse by former WWE employee Janel Grant in a lawsuit that also named WWE and John Laurinaitis as defendants.

It has been claimed that McMahon and other WWE executives were aware of the rape allegations made by Ashley Massaro during an overseas trip in 2006. Massaro also claimed in a since-released statement that she witnessed McMahon "preying" on female WWE workers.
