After the announcement of his signing two months ago, a former IMPACT Wrestling star has reported to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

Under his real name of Michael Paris, the wrestler better known to many as DJZ looks set to begin his WWE career.

WWE.com's piece

describes Paris thus:

'A professional grappler for nearly 15 years, Paris specializes in dynamic, top-rope offense, and has put many competitors away with moves like the 450 Splash and the 630 Splash. He has experience wrestling internationally, including in Mexico, Japan and the United Kingdom. Paris has also captured dozens of championships on his journey to WWE'

He is perhaps best known for his seven-year stint in IMPACT Wrestling, during which time Paris was a two-time X Division Champion, as well as a holder of the IMPACT World Tag Team titles alongside Andrew Everett.

He has also wrestled in a variety of promotions around the world, including AAA in Mexico and DDT in Japan - as well as a wide variety of North American companies such as MLW, IWC, and AIW.

Paris may have to work extra hard to stand out, sharing a Performance Center class with fellow high-profile signings KUSHIDA and Shane Strickland. But if his level of experience and success is anything to go by, it's a challenge he should be well-equipped to take on.
