EXCLUSIVE: Johnny PROGRESS Revealed As Final Entrant In Super Strong Style 16

PROGRESS Wrestling's Super Strong Style 16 tournament is just around the corner and Cultaholic Wrestling can exclusively reveal the 16th and final entrant is Johnny PROGRESS!
The Shaman Of Sexy will make his PROGRESS Wrestling debut in the tournament and he will join the likes of Rickey Shane Page, Aramis, Jack Evans, Gene Munny, Charles Crowley, and Maggot as they fight for the vacant PROGRESS World Title.
Johnny PROGRESS (AKA Johnny Elite, John Morrison, Johnny Game Changer, John Superstar, and Johnny Caballero) recently returned to the independent wrestling scene following his WWE release in November of 2021. He made his AEW debut on May 18, facing Samoa Joe in an Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament Quarterfinal.
PROGRESS will hold their latest Super Strong Style 16 tournament over The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Weekend from Friday, June 3 until Sunday, June 5, with all three events set to begin at 2:30 pm.
Beyond the tournament, several major matches will take place over the course of the weekend, including Gisele Shaw vs. Kanji for the PROGRESS Women's Title, Luke Jacobs vs. Axel Tischer for the Atlas Championship, and Cara Noir vs. Spike Trivet in an 'I Quit' Match in which the loser will be forced to leave the company.
Furthermore, the PROGRESS Tag Team Title will be on the line in a Three-Way Ladder Match between The 0121, Smokin' Aces, and Sunshine Machine.
