Edge Reveals Judgment Day Feud Was Not The Original Plan
Edge has given his thoughts on Judgment Day

The story of Judgment Day in WWE has been a disjointed one to say the least, from inception through to Edge’s shock dismissal and onwards.
Regardless, Edge has enjoyed the story whilst admitting to Bleacher Report that the original plan changed:
“So far, I've had a blast going to work and getting to do a storyline with Priest and Balor and Rhea [Ripley]," said Edge. "It was kind of floating there for a little while. Now, it's getting a direction and that's really, really fun. We had to make some changes due to injuries and stuff like that, and you just have to adapt.”
Amidst reports that Edge wasn’t keen on taking the group down a supernatural path, the WWE Hall of Famer was kicked out of the group and replaced with Finn Balor:
"I think we were starting to make some headway, truthfully," Edge said. "At Hell in a Cell, I said, 'Oh, OK, they're starting to buy in a little bit.' And then the next day we did the flip. I knew going into that match [at Hell in a Cell] it was happening, so it was bittersweet because in terms of the talent involved in Judgment Day, I believed in all of them. It would have been cool to be a mentor to that, but it's equally cool to be opposite of it and play off of that.”
