Bronson Reed Talking 'With the Major Promotions' About Wrestling Return

Bronson Reed says he is in talks about a return to wrestling with the major global promotions, naming All Elite Wrestling, IMPACT Wrestling and Japan as potential options for his next move.

Reed was shockingly released from his contract with WWE in early August amid rumours that the former North American champion was set for a call-up to the company's main roster. However, rather than switching to Raw or SmackDown, the NXT star instead departed the promotion.

Though Reed's 30-day non-compete has now expired, he is yet to sign with another company, but talks are underway, according to the man himself.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Reed said: "I'm in talks with the major promotions. I can't say any which way that I'm leaning towards.

"I do think that what I do offer, I don't think AEW really has that. IMPACT do have some bigger talent, but no one that is really my mold. I think it'd fit in IMPACT or AEW.

"I am a huge fan and I did wrestle in Japan. That is somewhere I would like to work again. Granted, visa and immigration, it's a little difficult at the moment. For me, at the moment, it's working on my immigration status and hopefully, in the next few weeks I'll have an answer for the fans. There are options."
