Rap superstar Bad Bunny is set to make an appearance on tonight's episode of Raw, ahead of hosting WWE Backlash in his native Puerto Rico on May 6.

The Grammy award-winning artist has impressed WWE fans since he began working with the company in 2021, in particular with his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 37.

Bad Bunny has also made a fan out of former WWE Champion Big E, who sung his praises during a recent appearance on The Battleground podcast:

"I'm not knocking any celebrity who comes in, takes a paycheque, and does what they're asked, that's fine. But you can tell with him, it's so much more than that. He's a guy who truly loves this. I think pro wrestling was his first love and grew up watching WWE. For me, it's so dope and amazing to see someone like him, who is a massive, massive star, and comes in so humbly and so energetically to do what we do".

While he is confirmed as the Backlash host, there is speculation that Bad Bunny may compete on the show. Based on the storyline progression, he could team up with Rey Mysterio to take on Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest (the men who attacked him on the post-WrestleMania episode of Raw).
