Backstage Reaction To Liv Morgan & Dominik Mysterio Partnership

At the 2024 SummerSlam premium live event, Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan finally revealed their partnership during Morgan’s WWE Women’s World Championship defence against rival Rhea Ripley. After seeming to “accidentally” aid Morgan in her victory, Dominik Mysterio turned his back on Ripley and kissed Morgan.

Their first official night came on Monday Night RAW this week, where they beat down Damian Priest but were sent packing by a rampaging Rhea Ripley. Mysterio & Morgan also teamed up for the first time ever in a dark match at Friday’s SmackDown event, taking on the team of Braun Strowman and Kairi Sane in mixed tag team action.

They came up short in the match, losing to Strowman and Sane, but the backstage response was very positive from those in WWE. According to a report from PWInsider, those in WWE were happy with their chemistry. It is noted that the pair got “high marks” for their interactions and how well they worked with one another.

It was reported earlier this week that those in the Judgment Day were legitimately emotional following the breakup of the faction, as Ripley and Priest officially left the group.
