RUSH committed his future to All Elite Wrestling earlier this week, signing a new deal with the promotion. How long the two-time ROH World Champion is signed with AEW is unknown but reports have indicated that Tony Khan's promotion are looking to tie talents down for multiple years.

RUSH signed a new deal as his original AEW contract was set to expire. There was said to be interest in El Toro Blanco from WWE but it was stated that AEW made RUSH a better money offer and they were willing to outbid WWE to retain the La Faccion Ingobernable member.

RUSH's fellow LFI stablemate Jose the Assistant has also provided further insight into why RUSH stuck with AEW, tweeting: "RUSH re-signed with #AEW because of how much concern Tony showed for Rush's wife and newborn. Family is important to Rush, seeing how much Tony cared is what solidified the deal. There were other offers, but NEVER any consideration to go, AEW cares, Tony cares about his people."

CM Punk reacted to RUSH's new contract, simply posting "Collider" on his Instagram Stories, hinting the Mexican star will soon head to AEW's Saturday night show. It is expected RUSH and LFI will link up with Andrade El Idolo as he looks to take on House of Black.

RUSH has been a part of AEW since 2022, signing an initial one-year deal with the company. He has impressed in matches with the likes of Bryan Danielson and Jack Perry.
