AJ Styles WWE Contract Status Update

Contracts coming to an end is the talk of the WWE Universe at the moment, with the likes of Dean Ambrose and The Usos potentially heading for the exit door.

Another Superstar whose future appears to be up in the air is AJ Styles, with the former WWE Champion's current deal said to be up very soon.

This week's

has an update on AJ 's current contract status, with The Phenomenal One reportedly telling friends that he will be re-signing with WWE when the time comes.

Here's what Dave Meltzer wrote in this weeks WON: "While Styles has not signed a new contract, and his deal with WWE is due shortly, he had told friends and all expectations are that he will sign. The basic gist regards his age, and the stability of WWE at this point in his career."

Back on February 3, AJ denied that he had signed a new deal with WWE, putting a fan right by tweeting: "What was that? Are you sure? Please let me know the more because I know nothing about this."
