AEW To Show Footage Of CM Punk/Jack Perry Altercation From All In 2023
AEW is set to air footage of CM Punk's altercation with Jack Perry

Hold onto your hats, the controversy between CM Punk and AEW is far from over. Following a turbulent week in which Punk aired dirty laundry on the running behind the scenes in AEW and his side of the story of a fight between himself and Jack Perry at AEW All In 2023 during an interview on the MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, AEW responded with a rallying cry promo from Adam Copeland on Dynamite. Their response is not stopping there.
During last night’s episode of AEW Collision, it was announced that on Dynamite, The Young Bucks would be “presenting” backstage footage from AEW All In 2023. Whilst this could have been taken for some “bit” or a joke segment, a report from Fightful Select has confirmed that this is likely to be the footage of CM Punk backstage at the show, specifically from his altercation with Perry.
The report states that talent in AEW have been told directly that this is the case, and that the company is not false advertising on this matter. There are supposedly no legal issues with AEW pulling up this footage and airing it either. It looks as though fans will truly see what happened. During his aforementioned interview, Punk stated that he confronted Perry about his remarks made on air, which resulted in Perry daring Punk to do something, to which he “choked him a little”. Punk also claimed that nothing happened that would make Khan “fear for his life”, like he has previously claimed. Khan declined to comment on Punk's remarks at the ROH Supercard Of Honor media scrum.
The Bucks presenting the footage comes after weeks of some vague (and some not-so-vague) references to CM Punk and Jack Perry. The pair were notably involved in the "Brawl Out" incident with CM Punk in 2022.
In an update, it has been reported that AEW have decided to air the footage of the All In fight due to Tony Khan being "furious" with CM Punk.
