AEW Talent Frustrated With Tony Khan

All Elite Wrestling has seemingly started 2024 on the front foot, with morale in the company said to be the best it has been in a long time.

However, despite this, it’s believed that some AEW stars are frustrated with company President Tony Khan, with Dave Meltzer reporting in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that although the locker room on the whole is getting on better than it has in the past, there remains frustration due to a lack of TV time for everyone due to the enormity of the AEW roster.

There is also believed to be frustration due to the less than stellar turnout to many AEW shows over the past few months, with the slow ticket sales and inconsistent TV ratings pointing to signs of a downturn in popularity, whilst Khan tends to instead try to paint a positive picture of the state of AEW. Some in AEW believe that changes have to be made in order to turn the fortunes of AEW around.

Khan has proclaimed that 2024 is set to be a big year for AEW, with the expected arrivals of Mercedes Mone and Kazuchika Okada coupled with All In 2024 in Wembley Stadium as major points for the company.
