Put those sausages back in the fridge, and your commemorative meat t shirt back in the wardrobe, All Elite Wrestling have cancelled the Meat Madness match.

The match - originally scheduled for Revolution on March 3 - was 'temporarily frozen' by Tony Khan due to injuries, with the AEW President instead revealing that an All-Star 8 Man Scramble will instead take place at the PPV, with original Meat Madness entrants Wardlow, Lance Archer, and Powerhouse Hobbs set to compete with Brian Cage, HOOK, Chris Jericho, and two more competitors TBA.

The final two entrants will be decided with a pair of qualifier matches, with Matt Sydal vs. CMLL’s Magnus on the March 1 Rampage, whilst Dante Martin, Penta el Zero Miedo, and Bryan Keith will fight for the final spot on the March 2 AEW Collision.

Updated card, AEW Revolution, March 3, 2024:

  • Sting & Darby Allin (c) vs. The Young Bucks - AEW World Tag Team Championships
  • Samoa Joe (c) vs. Swerve Strickland vs. Hangman Page - AEW World Championship
