May 4, 2022
Months after anything had been shown for the title, All Elite Wrestling showcased more gameplay footage for their upcoming console video game - AEW Fight Forever - today during a sneak peek on the AEW Games Twitch channel.
Kris Statlander and Nyla Rose were confirmed as roster members for the upcoming game and fans received a preview of their entrances, as well as a sneak peek at some of their moves in Fight Forever, with The Native Beast hitting her signature diving knee in the short clip.
As can be seen in the image above, the graphics were similar to the last gameplay footage that featured Jungle Boy and Darby Allin.
It was also revealed that referee Aubrey Edwards will be in Fight Forever, while Evil Uno confirmed the game will be released on PC along with consoles. Crowd models have been updated too.
Evil Uno ended the sneak peek by saying that more on the console game will be revealed in the coming months.
Fight Forever has been in development since the summer of 2020 with YUKE'S and Kenny Omega working on the title. The game's development appears to have been turbulent, though, with recent reports noting The Best Bout Machine is 'hating' working with YUKE'S.
